Description
This group is meant as a national forum for BMW riders and BMW motorcycle enthusiasts in Australia. Membership is open to anyone that thinks they want to be here. Though (at least to begin with)many of the group members may also be members of BMW Clubs from around the country, this group is independant and has no affiliation with BMW Australia, the BMW Clubs structure or any individual club. All new members will be moderated (your postings will be restricted) until you have introduced yourselves, this is to prevent hit and run spamming by new members. Any discussion that gets to an agumentative/abusive stage will be cut off by the moderators. Please try and keep it BMW/riding related at some level.
As the group develops we should be able to help you:
-Find other BMW riders in your area
-Help with information about BMW motorcycles, parts, servicing etc
-Find local resources
-Organise or promote events locally
-and whatever else
Any suggestions for the content of the group will always be welcome, We'd like it to cater for as many BMW riders as possible, whether you have 1,2,3 or 4 cylinders, an F,G, K or R, the latest K1300S, a shiny all singing, all dancing K1200LT or a ratty R80G/S which still gets you everywhere you want to go.
